Content Manager / Print Tech / Web Developers and Combined Roles

We are a Kindersley-based digital marketing agency and specialize in creative solutions for many different types of industries across Canada. We offer the services of a full service agency and are especially adept to the digital needs of our clients. We currently have immediate openings for several positions with the option of combined roles.

We are a young agency and our work environment is fast paced, supportive and fun. We foster a team atmosphere that encourages long-term growth with our company. You will have a chance to work on multiple clients and online channels, you won’t be in a silo of one discipline. Perks include coffee and staff discounts.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who are self-motivated and self-sufficient, detail oriented, able to multi-task and be able to work under tight deadlines occasionally.

Print Tech (Part Time/Full Time) – Training Provided

Responsible for

  • Bi-Weekly printing of Kindersley Social
  • Print file setup
  • Changing the paper when needed
  • Removing paper jam
  • Replacing Ink Cartridges
  • Ordering supplies (paper/ink)
  • Packaging the products for delivery.
  • Full time position includes up to 2 days per week onsite training (Kindersley) for signage and vehicle vinyl application.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proficient with Windows/Mac.
  • Some experience with with Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Products is an asset.
  • Great organizational & time management skills.
  • Great attitude & strong work ethic! Do what it takes to get things done.

Project/Content Manager (Part Time/Full Time) – Training Provided

Responsible for

 

  • Editing, updating, and development of client websites.
  • Ensures the website content is in-line with brand guidelines and various online channels such as social media networks, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Collaborates with creative team on artwork and landing pages.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow for a web implementation department.
  • Maintains existing web sites and web applications.
  • Works with clients (technical and non-technical) in the creation of requirements and/or issue resolution.
  • Creates and executes test cases. Ensures the systems meet the functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Manages web infrastructure tasks like managing GoDaddy DNS registry and client account spreadsheets.
  • Research new technological solutions to satisfy business challenges. Stays on top of industry change and drives innovation.
  • Works in a fast paced continual learning environment.  This requires ongoing education (independent and structured) with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies to solve business issues.
  • Contacting advertising clients and planning bi-weekly promotions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Web Designer

Responsible for

  • Editing, updating, and development of client websites.
  • Ensures the website content is in-line with brand guidelines and various online channels such as social media networks, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Collaborates with creative team on artwork and landing pages.
  • You will help create innovative ideas, in conjunction with the client brief, that tie web, mobile, email, search social and traditional advertising together to create a cohesive product for the client.
  • Establish and maintain contact with multiple clients for content creation and approval (including blog posts, status updates, photos and video content).
  • Research and develop relevant posting materials for use on website, social media and email accounts to help clients with content.
  • Setup and monitor social media accounts and daily activity.
  • Maintain content calendar of upcoming events and topics for multiple clients and promote as necessary via various online channels.
  • Write, rewrite and edit copy for website while incorporating SEO strategies based on keyword research, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Edit, update and manage client websites in WordPress.
  • Create and manage email nurturing campaigns.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Proficient with WordPress.
  • Good skills with Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Good understanding of web analytic tools and reporting.
  • Skilled in writing and conducting online SEO optimization.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
